Ingredients
- 2 scoops protein powder
- 1 handful spinach
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 banana
- ⅓ cup mixed berries
- ½ tablespoon flaxseed
- ⅓ tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Water, to desired consistency
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth, adding water gradually until you reach your preferred thickness.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- For a creamier smoothie, replace water with almond milk or oat milk.
