Ingredients

  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 1 handful spinach
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • ⅓ cup mixed berries
  • ½ tablespoon flaxseed
  • ⅓ tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Water, to desired consistency

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding water gradually until you reach your preferred thickness.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • For a creamier smoothie, replace water with almond milk or oat milk.
  • Add ice cubes before blending for a chilled version.
  • Great post-workout or as a quick meal replacement.
