- 3 lbs ground turkey
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 bunch scallions
- 3 eggs
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp worcestershire
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp paprika
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and mix.
- Use an ice cream scoop to scoop out the meatballs onto a parchment lined baking sheet, and bake at 550 degrees for 12 minutes.
- Optionally douse in buffalo sauce and toss.
