Ingredients
- 3 pounds ground turkey
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 bunch scallions, finely chopped
- 3 eggs
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 550°F (288°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until evenly incorporated.
- Using an ice cream scoop, portion the mixture into meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
- (Optional) Toss the baked meatballs in buffalo sauce before serving.
