Ingredients

  • 3 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 bunch scallions, finely chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 550°F (288°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until evenly incorporated.
  3. Using an ice cream scoop, portion the mixture into meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 12 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
  5. (Optional) Toss the baked meatballs in buffalo sauce before serving.

Notes

  • For extra juiciness, mix in 1 tablespoon olive oil or a splash of milk.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days, or freeze for longer storage.
  • These pair well with marinara, buffalo, or tzatziki sauces.
