Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 1 tablespoon hummus
- 2 leaves romaine lettuce
- 75 g deli turkey
- 75 g cucumber, sliced
- 3 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 30 g bell pepper, sliced
- ¼ avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Lay the tortilla flat and spread the hummus evenly across the center.
- Layer lettuce, turkey, cucumber, tomatoes, bell pepper, and avocado on top.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for an easy on-the-go meal.
Notes
- Add a drizzle of olive oil or a sprinkle of feta for extra flavor.
- For a vegan version, swap turkey for roasted chickpeas or grilled tofu.
