Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 tablespoon hummus
  • 2 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 75 g deli turkey
  • 75 g cucumber, sliced
  • 3 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 30 g bell pepper, sliced
  • ¼ avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Lay the tortilla flat and spread the hummus evenly across the center.
  2. Layer lettuce, turkey, cucumber, tomatoes, bell pepper, and avocado on top.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  4. Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for an easy on-the-go meal.

Notes

  • Add a drizzle of olive oil or a sprinkle of feta for extra flavor.
  • For a vegan version, swap turkey for roasted chickpeas or grilled tofu.
