Ingredients

  • Yellow mustard
  • Brown sugar
  • Garlic, minced
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Montreal steak seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine mustard, brown sugar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Montreal steak seasoning.
  2. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Use immediately to marinate ribs for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight) before grilling or baking.

Notes

  • Adjust the ratio of mustard to sugar depending on desired sweetness or tanginess.
  • Store leftover marinade in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Works great on pork ribs, beef ribs, or even chicken.
