Ingredients

  • 2 scoops protein powder (about 50 grams)
  • 215 grams nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1½ tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well until smooth.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 8–12 hours).
  3. In the morning, top with ½ sliced banana or your preferred fruit before serving.

Notes

  • Can be prepared in mason jars for easy grab-and-go breakfasts.
  • Adjust thickness with a splash of milk if desired before serving.
  • Keeps up to 3 days refrigerated.
