Ingredients

  • 2 scoops protein powder (~50g)
  • 215 g non fat plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tbsp chia seed
  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions

Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Top with 1/2 banana in the morning.
