Ingredients
- 2 scoops protein powder (~50g)
- 215 g non fat plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tbsp chia seed
- 1 tbsp honey
Directions
Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Top with 1/2 banana in the morning.
