Ingredients
- 2 scoops protein powder (about 50 grams)
- 215 grams nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well until smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 8–12 hours).
- In the morning, top with ½ sliced banana or your preferred fruit before serving.
Notes
- Can be prepared in mason jars for easy grab-and-go breakfasts.
- Adjust thickness with a splash of milk if desired before serving.
