Ingredients

  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl or jar, combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, and salt.
  2. Whisk or shake until fully emulsified.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator.
