Ingredients
- ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- In a small bowl or jar, combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, and salt.
- Whisk or shake until fully emulsified.
