Ingredients

  • 4 g quick oats
  • 4 g oat flower
  • 3 g protein powder (1 tsp)
  • 2 tsp ground flax seed
  • 3/4 chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 12 g almond butter
  • 1 1/2 sugar free maple syrup

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine quick oats, oat flour, protein powder, groundflax, chia seeds and cinnamon. Fold in the almond butter and maple syrupuntil a thick dough forms. If it is too thick to work with, add water in 1/2 tsp increments.
  2. Use a tablespoon to scoop out dough and roll into balls, approximately three 1-inch in diameter. Chill in the fridge for at least 20 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
