Ingredients
- 4 grams quick oats
- 4 grams oat flour
- 3 grams protein powder (about 1 teaspoon)
- 2 teaspoons ground flaxseed
- ¾ teaspoon chia seeds
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 grams almond butter
- 1½ teaspoons sugar-free maple syrup
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine quick oats, oat flour, protein powder, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
Fold in the almond butter and maple syrup until a thick dough forms. If it becomes too dry, add water in ½-teaspoon increments. - Scoop out portions using a tablespoon and roll into 1-inch balls (about three total).
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
