Ingredients

  • 4 grams quick oats
  • 4 grams oat flour
  • 3 grams protein powder (about 1 teaspoon)
  • 2 teaspoons ground flaxseed
  • ¾ teaspoon chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12 grams almond butter
  • 1½ teaspoons sugar-free maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine quick oats, oat flour, protein powder, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
    Fold in the almond butter and maple syrup until a thick dough forms. If it becomes too dry, add water in ½-teaspoon increments.
  2. Scoop out portions using a tablespoon and roll into 1-inch balls (about three total).
    Chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
