Ingredients
- 4 g quick oats
- 4 g oat flower
- 3 g protein powder (1 tsp)
- 2 tsp ground flax seed
- 3/4 chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 12 g almond butter
- 1 1/2 sugar free maple syrup
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl combine quick oats, oat flour, protein powder, groundflax, chia seeds and cinnamon. Fold in the almond butter and maple syrupuntil a thick dough forms. If it is too thick to work with, add water in 1/2 tsp increments.
- Use a tablespoon to scoop out dough and roll into balls, approximately three 1-inch in diameter. Chill in the fridge for at least 20 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
