Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • Splash of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In each jar or container, stir together the chia seeds, milk, and vanilla until fully combined.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 3–4 hours, until thickened.
  3. Stir before serving and add desired toppings such as berries, banana, nut butter, coconut, granola, cacao nibs, or Greek yogurt.

Notes

  • Add extra milk in the morning if the pudding becomes too thick.
  • Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  • Make 3–4 jars at once and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
