Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- ½ cup milk of choice
- Splash of vanilla extract
Instructions
- In each jar or container, stir together the chia seeds, milk, and vanilla until fully combined.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 3–4 hours, until thickened.
- Stir before serving and add desired toppings such as berries, banana, nut butter, coconut, granola, cacao nibs, or Greek yogurt.
Notes
- Add extra milk in the morning if the pudding becomes too thick.
- Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Make 3–4 jars at once and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
