Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 egg

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Steam the cauliflower until tender.
- Transfer the cauliflower to a food processor and pulse until it reaches a rice-like texture.
- Squeeze out as much excess moisture as possible using a clean towel or cheesecloth.
- In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, egg, goat cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a thin crust with a spatula or your hands.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until dry and golden.
- Remove from oven, flip the crust, add your favorite toppings, and bake for an additional 7–10 minutes or until desired crispness is achieved.
