Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup hot sauce
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Tony Chachere’s Bold Seasoning (to taste)
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 2 ounces (about 1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. (Optional) Lightly toast the Hawaiian rolls for about 5 minutes until just golden. This helps prevent sogginess and adds texture.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, hot sauce, ranch, and Tony’s seasoning. Mix until evenly blended.
  4. Layer mozzarella slices on the bottom halves of the rolls. Add the buffalo chicken mixture, then top with shredded mozzarella.
  5. In a small bowl, melt the butter and stir in garlic powder and fresh parsley.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls on the sliders, brush with garlic butter, and sprinkle with extra Cajun seasoning if desired.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the buns are lightly golden and the cheese is melted. Cover with foil if the tops brown too quickly.
  8. Slice, serve warm, and enjoy!
