Batter

Sauce
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ teaspoon black pepper

- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and milk to form the batter.
- In a separate bowl, combine buffalo sauce, honey, butter, and black pepper to make the sauce.
- Toss cauliflower florets in the batter until evenly coated.
- Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flipping after 10 minutes.
- Brush the cauliflower with sauce and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Flip, brush again with sauce, and bake a final 10 minutes until crisp and golden.
