Ingredients

Batter

  • ¾ cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¾ cup milk

Sauce

  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Other

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and milk to form the batter.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine buffalo sauce, honey, butter, and black pepper to make the sauce.
  4. Toss cauliflower florets in the batter until evenly coated.
  5. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flipping after 10 minutes.
  6. Brush the cauliflower with sauce and bake for another 10 minutes.
  7. Flip, brush again with sauce, and bake a final 10 minutes until crisp and golden.
